Egg Fry

This is a very simple dish prepared using eggs. This fry goes well with rice and rotis.

Preparation and cooking time : 15 minutes

Ingredients

Eggs : 4
Onions : 2, finely chopped
Green chillis : 3-4, finely chopped
Salt : To taste
Oil : 3 tablespoons


1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, green chillis, and salt. Saute till onions become translucent.
2. Break the eggs on this mixture, and mix them till the eggs are completely done.

Benefits of egg : Eggs are considered a good source of protein and choline.
